Generally, a mediation is scheduled for three (3) hours with the morning session beginning
at 9:00 a.m., and the afternoon session beginning at 1:30 p.m. This can be accomplished
via the form below or by contacting my office. If you need more than three hours or you need me
to travel to your office, please contact my office to schedule the mediation directly with me or my staff.
Mediation Fees
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all mediations shall be charged at
$250.00 per hour with a minimum fee of two hours.
Cancellations
Any cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours prior to the mediation then there is a
cancellation fee equal to two hours.
Locations
Mediation will be held at one of the attorney's offices, the St. Petersburg Courthouse or any other mutually agreed upon location. There is no travel fee for traveling to the agreed upon location so long as said location is not in excess of thirty minutes from my office.
